Our client who is a global leader in the epoxy resin flooring sector, with offices and manufacturing facilities worldwide. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who is experienced in strategy, forecasting and key account management.
Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts
Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review sales performance
Represent the brand to attend product launches, trainings, exhibitions, road shows, email campaigns, events

Skills required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and technical roles within the resin flooring specialist industry
Proven strong track record of success, ability to prospect and manage relationships
Proficient in English and Korean for internal & external communications and engagement
Able to work independently
Willing to travel
