The Company: 
Leading Insurance Firm, strong global presence, is seeking a dynamic Regional FP&A Manager to join their team in Hong Kong as a permanent headcount. This is a dynamic role to work with a collaborative team.


Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinate with GHO, Regional, and locals for the Management Reporting
  • Prepare consolidated reports for Regional Management reporting and HO submission.
  • Provide analysis and commentary on trends and deviation from budget
  • Perform deep-dive analysis in areas or countries which are critical in meeting regional / group objectives
  • Work with local and different functions on investigation project independently
  • Identify vulnerabilities and issues, provide advise for Regional CFO and FP&A to manage the business in the region
  • Interact with stakeholders to drive projects
  • Assess the needs of additional requirement and lead the development of the systems
  • Review the process and identify opportunities for further enhancement (e.g. Macro)

Requirements: 
  • CPA, MBA (Finance), CFA or Qualified Actuary
  • 8+ years of experience in financial planning and reporting roles in insurance industry
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis roles at a Group or Regional level
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in both Life and P&C companies desirable
  • Understanding of IFRS and local Asian accounting standards highly preferred
  • Sound business acumen
  • Strong analytical skill: ability to analyse and explain profit drivers
  • Stakeholder management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong oral and written communication/ presentation skills
  • Strong PowerPoint and Financial Spreadsheet skills
  • Skills in Macro desirable
