The Company:

An established Life Insurance group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Regional Corporate Strategy Manager. This role will be based in Singapore and will report directly to the Head of Regional Strategy


Responsibilities:

  • Solid Strategy Planning, Performance Management & governance activities
  • Keeping abreast of targets amongst different business units whilst analysing gaps and strategizing solutions
  • Curating robust financial and strategic plans for different business units as well as generating market trends and competitor analysis

 
Requirements:

  • A self-starter and pragmatic candidate with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with the Australian Markets is essential.
  • 5-10 years of Strategy development, corporate planning, and business performance management within the Insurance industry
  • Life Insurance exposure is highly desirable.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of key indicators such as product lines and sales channels is desirable.
