  • Sector experience: Ideally have done Renewable energy / Infrastructure / Power / Oil & gas projects or in related fields.
  • Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer, permanent headcount
 
Responsibilities:
  • Managing a transaction process from term sheet until post completion, market research and analysis
  • Project management of an acquisition or sale transaction, market research and analysis
  • Assess and negotiate the development of large renewable projects (in solar, wind and ESS technology)
  • Identify potential off-takers and negotiate PPAs
  • Track and monitor the due diligence process including ensuring the data room is complete
  • Support market research and analysis including renewable energy policies of various countries
  • Reviewing financial models, term sheets, due diligence reports, definitive agreements (i.e SPA, SHA, JVA, JDA, SSA, DSA)
  • Support overseeing and coordinating all acquisition or sale transactions are completed on a timely basis
  • Assist with structuring of the transactions
  • Preparing of management reports and presentations providing updates on such transactions
  • Build relationships and coordinate / engage in discussions and negotiations with external stakeholders (public entities, developers or JV partners, off-takers, advisors, EPC and O&M contractors, consultants, utilities, etc.) and investors regarding any acquisition or sale transaction
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 8-10 years of experience across the following sectors Renewable energy / Infrastructure / Power / Oil & gas
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy transactions and its process
  • Experience of project managing with both internal teams and external stakeholders and advisors to ensure completion of a transaction
  • Experience in reviewing financial models, term sheets, due diligence reports, definitive agreement
  • Experience coordinating with pan-Asian teams
  • Team player, family culture, comfortable with working in small teams
  • High visibility and exposure to working with C-level, candidate has to be hands on
  • Good work ethics and attitude
  • Good communication skills
