As Assistant Manager, you will directly report to the Head of Department and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic plans for regional business units. Responsibilities include formulating KPIs, monitoring performance, and delivering comprehensive management reports. Additionally, you will oversee corporate affairs, ensuring compliance with governance requirements, organizing board meetings, and managing the regional office's event schedule.

Key requirements 
  • Analytical thinking, strong in numbers.
  • Demonstrate intermediate or advanced level of proficiency in excel. 
  • Degree Holder and above 
  • At least 3-6 years of relevant experience ( management reporting, FP&A, Business performance management , corporate strategy planning) within life insurance companies. 
  • Strong attention to detail, and organisation skills
  • Good level of communication and interpersonal skills
