A reputable investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Operations Manager to join the team.
 
You will partner investment teams to design portfolio analysis to manage the Real Estate portfolio. Monitor and manage real estate portfolio activities including strategic planning and budgeting. You will also put in place global policies and will be the key person for process and policy enquiries by the front office team. Support the front office team in monitoring performance, operational matters and others. Initiate areas of improvement for digitalisation and automation.
 
The ideal candidate should come with 5 years relevant experience in real estate portfolio operations/analysis/strategy planning. Applicants who are proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Tableau will be highly considered. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite as you will be required to liaise with key business stakeholders.
