  • Collaborate with overseas investment and asset management team (US/ UK) to analyse, derive portfolio statistics and provide strategic recommendations
  • Support all the corporate initiatives, reporting and projects based in Singapore.
  • Support investment transactions from end-to-end, including analysing, modelling and evaluating asset and portfolio strategies for the global student housing and multifamily portfolio.
  • Develop financial models for evaluating real estate portfolio and asset strategies
  • Run asset acquisitions
  • Conduct research and manage market intelligence relating to the student housing and multifamily industry, and macroeconomic trends.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and reports covering the financial performance, leasing status, and rental collection of the student housing and multifamily assets

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate (titles given accordingly) investment, transaction advisory, asset management, portfolio management
  • Team player, family culture
  • Preference for candidates from investment/ fund and financial modelling background
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Meticulous with good numerical sense and ability to think out of the box
  • Resourceful, have an analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling
  • Good business and financial acumen, resourceful
