  • Up to $2300, Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
  • Multiple Locations Available in East & North-East
  • Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday Half Day Shift 8.30am to 1pm (Rotate Once Every 3 weeks)
  • Entry Level for Diploma Holder in Facilities Management
Responsibilities:
  • Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
  • Attend to residents / tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases.
  • Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Entry level for candidate with Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent building / Green Building
  • Diploma holders with years of experiences in facilities management can consider senior positions
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Only Singaporean may apply
