  • Support in the origination and execution of Project/ Structured Finance transactions

Responsibilities would include: 
  • Support in originating, structuring and executing structured finance transactions across SEA in the above sectors
  • Participate in full deal transaction: from the pitch phase through to closing including due diligence and drafting / reviews of financing and project documentation
  • Solid technical/ financial analysis capabilities to build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios to analyse the impacts of different capital structures related to different products
  • Building DCF, valuation, and complex financial models with P&L, balance sheet and cashflow projections
  • Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings .
  • Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams, externally and internally
  • Prepare credit packages and process client reviews independently
  • Keeping in the loop of all sector & regional trends, clients & targets, market knowledge and industry developments
 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years (Analyst) | 3-6 years (Associate) of relevant experience in either Debt / Corporate Financing, Big 4 corporate finance/ advisory tams, Structured finance, Leverage Finance, loan syndication, Sector Coverage, project finance. Prior sector experience not necessary, just good to have
  • Experience in executing project/asset finance deals, including negotiating transaction documents
  • Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
