We are partnered with a digital asset and cross-border payment firm to hire a Product Manager to lead the development of customer rewards and loyalty features. This role will play a key part in driving user acquisition and retention through well-designed promotional mechanics embedded across user and transaction journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for rewards and loyalty features.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through development, testing, launch, and iteration, working closely with UI/UX, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Design reward mechanics that influence purchasing behaviour while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainable ROI.
  • Partner with data and business teams to track performance, analyse effectiveness, and identify optimisation opportunities for promotional features.
  • Provide post-launch support, including user education, issue analysis, and continuous product enhancement.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or product development, ideally within consumer-facing mobile or web platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Promotion or Marketing products in the digital payment industry.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as this role will work closely with China-based vendors.
