A leading Consumer Goods company is currently hiring for a Procurement Program Manager. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for procurement governance, compliance, process optimization and driving the companies digitalization initiatives.

Working with APAC category teams, the Program Manager will define and update procurement policies to improve compliance, streamline and enhance procurement processes as well as improving the ability to track, collect, report and derive insights on procurement spend, savings, stakeholder satisfaction etc through enhancements in dashboards and analytics capabilities.

Other parts of the role will look at procurement maturity to align with business goals, spend visibility and supplier lifecycle improvements developing processes for supplier engagement.

The successful candidate must have a strong background in Project/Program Management which includes procurement governance, process improvement, analytics and driving digitalization. You will be able to navigate through local and regional procurement teams and business stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes and provide critical insights to the business.
