Job Responsibilities
  • Support the investments team in evaluation and execution of investment activities end-to-end, including leading due diligence workstreams, financial analyses, financial modelling, valuation, internal approvals, negotiation of transaction terms and structuring of documentation, post investment portfolio management and exit
  • Perform macro-level industry research and quantitative analysis to support portfolio construction.
  • Liaise with legal or consulting parties on assigned portfolios.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of existing investments
  • Manage daily responsibilities of deal teams and work closely with senior partners on strategy and negotiations
  • Compile performance data and perform portfolio analysis and benchmarking
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline
  • Candidate must have minimum 1-3 years of direct experience in private equity already
  • Open to Associate/ Senior Associate experience
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong valuation analysis, financial modelling experience is mandatory
  • Team based environment, family culture, small team
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Possess astute commercial sense
