- Passionate to support executive in running a highly successful, fast-paced, high growth business
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s schedule and itinerary; including rigorous travelling plans and arrangements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other C-suites, executives, business leads etc.
- Support on CEO’s personal business and matters, including household staff and properties (eg. Drivers, Yaht crew and maintenance etc.)
- Support with executive assistant duties on business events and initiatives
- Be ready to problem solve in ad hoc situations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above education
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) for internal & external communications and engagement
- Experience in supporting senior executives in established organisations
- Familiar with personal and executive assistant’s duties
