  • Passionate to support executive in running a highly successful, fast-paced, high growth business

Responsibilities:
  • Manage CEO’s schedule and itinerary; including rigorous travelling plans and arrangements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including other C-suites, executives, business leads etc.
  • Support on CEO’s personal business and matters, including household staff and properties (eg. Drivers, Yaht crew and maintenance etc.)
  • Support with executive assistant duties on business events and initiatives
  • Be ready to problem solve in ad hoc situations
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above education
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Experience in supporting senior executives in established organisations
  • Familiar with personal and executive assistant’s duties
