The Company:

Our client, a reputable global insurance firm is seeking a skilled Distribution Performance management candidate with excellent data driven decision enabling skills. This role will be based in Singapore.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Recommend Strategic plans driven by data Insights to enhance the company’s goals.
  • Perform analytical studies, including salesforce productivity, customers campaigns, cross- sell opportunities, customers propensity modelling.
  • Implement Power BI Dashboards
  • Overseeing performance reviews and identify business risk and opportunities.
  • Conduct & analyze industry trends, opportunities, potential risks as well as market analysis
  • Use and compare data to provide valuable insights to drive decision making and enhance the company’s financial performance.
  • Lead and coordinate monthly forecast reviews and annual budgeting exercises.
  • Monitor KPI’s to design efficient strategies for the business’s successful performance.

 
Requirements:

  • University degree Ideally in Data Science or a similar field
  • Good knowledge of Strategic Planning, Market Analysis and Data driven decision making
  • Strong Experience in Power BI is essential, ideally with proficiency in Python/ SQL as well
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills with the ability to analyse and translate complex data
  • Ability to relate data analytics to senior stakeholders to achieve the business’ targets.
  • Candidates with Insurance experience would be highly advantageous, open to other financial services/ banking industry experiences too.
