As a Payment Operations Lead, you will be responsible for BAU operations for payments and settlements including maintenance of account with MAS, MEPS+, accurate records of GL entries according to regulatory compliance. Working with key stakeholders in the business, you will manage customer requests appropriately and resolve any system-related faults. You will also be key in maintaining and improving SOPs and lead any process improvement projects for the team.
The ideal candidate comes with at least 7 years relevant experience in retail banking operations with a strong understanding of payment modes i.e. local & international transfers, RTGS, FAST. Strong communication skills required to work with the key stakeholders in the business.
