A banking client is seeking a Outsourcing Transformation Lead  to join the team.
 
Reporting into the Head of Strategy and Transformation, the client is seeking a candidate well-versed in offshoring/outsourcing projects to join their high performing team. This is a newly created role, responsible for the end to end process for offshoring work within the bank. This includes evaluation of suitable business unit for offshoring plans, review work of current arrangements, and leading the entire lifecycle execution.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 10-12 years relevant working experience in a similar scope, prior consultancy experience will be a plus and ability to display successful track record of BPO programs. You should also be familiar with regulatory requirements relating to outsourcing. Strong communication skills are a pre-requisite.
