This highly revered team are looking to engage a Modern Workplace Engineer to help with their latest Intune implementation program and focus on Intune Device Policy Management, Packaging and Maintaining Intune mobility applications, and creating and maintaining KB Articles.
Working in a high-profile enterprise organisation, with a user base of over 35,000, you'll become an integral team member and the Intune SME to help support the roll-out of new solutions and functionality as part of the EUC / Modern Desktop solutions team.

Core responsibilities:
  • Creating/Maintaining KB Articles
  • L2 Resolving/Triaging Incidents/Requests via Service Management tool.
  • Intune Device Policy Management - iOS and Android
  • Packaging and maintaining Intune mobility applications - iOS and Android
  • Managing client deployment configuration.
  • Certificate management – platform and application
  • Monitoring AlwaysOn VPN Reporting to ensure enterprise VPN is operating efficiently.
  • Maintaining private and public AlwaysOn VPN interfaces.
  • Maintaining on prem (cloud based) – worker nodes and NPS nodes
  • Patch management
  • Maintaining a UAT to PROD change management deployment cycle.
  • Managing client deployment configuration.
  • Splunk reporting to pinpoint trends, upcoming issues and point in time analysis to avoid outages/find efficiencies.
  • Capacity reporting/management
What we're looking for:
  • Intune implementation and migration experience
  • Intune Packaging – iOS and Android (additional Windows is beneficial)
  • Intune Device Policy Configuration – iOS and Android (additional Windows is beneficial)
  • Group Policy Management experience
  • Experience delivering and maintaining EUC and Modern Desktop Solutions, including but not limited to Windows 10, SCCM, Enterprise VPN solutions (such as AlwaysOn VPN), Defender for Endpoint/Identity and Microsoft Autopilot/Intune
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Azure/M365 full stack experience beneficial
  • Splunk reporting experience would be beneficial
