An opportunity has come up with a reputable investment firm for a Manager/Senior Manager – Business Digitalisation.
 
The role will require you to partner with key internal stakeholders for process improvement projects using data analytics, process mapping tools. Streamline existing workflow processes to achieve efficiency and productivity. Partner with Data Centre of Excellence Head for KPI management to identify any areas of improvement, make recommendations to the key stakeholders to execute end-to-end change projects.
 
The ideal candidate has at 5 – 10 years’ experience relevant experience in working in banks, investment, or asset management firms. Strong understanding of asset management business workflow, project management experience. Certified Six Sigma Black/Green belt will be highly advantageous. Candidates with Celonis, Tableau/Qlik, RPA, BPM skills will be highly considered. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills will be crucial for the role.
