  • Analyst level – 0 to 3 years of relevant M&A/ corporate finance/ transaction advisory/ Investment Banking experience
Responsibilities would include:
  • Support senior bankers in their origination and execution efforts
  • Preparing market and industry analysis, identifying and evaluating potential targets / sellers / investors / buyers
  • Participate in live M&A process, good stakeholder management to coordinate due diligence with legal, accounting and tax consultants, advising on optimal transaction structures, advising clients on negotiation strategy, drafting of correspondences on behalf of clients, and reviewing transaction documents.
  • Strong financial modelling background to construct financial models, evaluate performance and analyzing impact of different capital structures and potential transactions
  • Perform valuation analysis, financial analysis using different methods eg. DCF
  • Preparing pitch books, info memos, investor presentation materials for client meetings and you will be involved in origination of deals from pitching to closing stages
  • General sector coverage
  • Due diligence & valuation analysis on corporates and assets over the Asia pacific region, do research and able to use databases eg. Bloomberg for information
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in either investment banking/ advisory / M&A / Big 4 / Corporate finance / Transaction services / PE fields
  • Team player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PPT
