A reputable global bank is seeking a Loan Agency Specialist to join the team.
The Loan Agency Specialist will be key personnel between a transaction party and a syndicated loan. You will handle the funds flow and support the transactions during the deal lifecycle. This includes, reviewing facility documentations, collecting documents required to onboard a feal, liaise with legal counsels to manage deal closing process. You will also work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that any amendments, waivers, consent, or escalations are managed efficiently. Day to day activities such as drawdown, rollovers, repayments, fee adjustments and transfers.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years relevant experience in loan agency, good understanding of the role of an agent and syndicated loan market. Candidates with experience in transportation/shipping/aviation/container finance will be highly considered.
