The Role:
My Client is a Financial Services firm and a leader in its space and product range, looking to hire a lawyer to provide legal advice across commodities broking, financial data related to the business of a brokerage and broker dealer agreements.
You will have:
- 3-5 PQE with relevant experience from law firm or financial services firm
- Assist with general corporate commercial contracts, procurement contracts, services agreements, brokerage agreements
- Experience reviewing M&A, JV, divestment agreements
- Financial regulatory experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
