A growing Digital Bank is seeking a Credit Management Lead to join the team.
 
Reporting into the Head of Credit Risk, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of collection specialists. You will also be the drive the bank’s collections strategy, collections risk and productivity management – this includes development of frameworks, performance monitoring metrics etc. Using data analytics to deep dive into delinquency rates and making recommendations to strategy change.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years experience in collection management, preferably covering Unsecured and Secured products within a bank/financial services firm. Proven track record of team management abilities. Mandarin language is required as key stakeholders are native Chinese.
