Responsibilities would include:
  • Deal source, evaluate and execute investment opportunities across Asia
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments
  • Formulate deal structures and negotiate legal documentation with investment targets
  • Lead in executing investment opportunities, including but not limited to, deal sourcing, deal negotiations, deal structuring and pricing, due diligence processes, and legal closings for investments
  • Assist in fund raising and investors update activities
  • Portfolio Management: Regularly manage the post-investment portfolio, providing value-add whenever possible
  • Assist in industry research and ad hoc projects
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • At least 10-15 years of consistent experience in related fields with a proven track record in related markets. Must have current or prior Private Equity / buyside experience. 
  • Passionate in investing and the financial markets
  • Proficient in financial analysis and modeling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Team-player and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning
