We are working with a well-recognised Financial Services institution for an experienced investment performance, risk, or attribution analytics professional to join their existing team. You will be reporting to the Head of Investment Operations and managing a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts.  
 
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Developing and continuous improvement of the investment performance and risk frameworks and tools. 
  • Designing and reporting to investment committees regarding investment performance, risk, and attribution analytics. 
  • Delivering and improving risk analytics, stress testing, counterparty, and credit risk etc. 
  • Overseeing investment reports from external custodian and investment manager.
  • Managing, leading, and delegating junior colleagues. 
 
The ideal candidate will have: 
  • 4-7+ years’ experience in investment management, asset/fund management and wealth management. 
  • Background in investment performance, risk analytics and attribution. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.  
  • Prior people management and stakeholder management experience. 
  • Relevant qualifications – mathematics, actuarial, economics, commerce, finance, science.
