Responsibilities: 
  • Conduct investment analysis, research / execution in public equity and private credit, financial modeling, portfolio management, and providing financial insights and recommendations
  • Work closely with the investment team to evaluate potential investment opportunities and assist in the execution of investment strategies
  • Run macroeconomic analysis on relevant training projects
  • Developing and documenting transaction rationale, including preparation and presentation
  • Performing comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
  • Participating in marketing and fundraising activities including roadshows, and internal training
  • Deal structuring and fundraising 

Pre-requisites of role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Knowledge of investments, finance, and corporate finance
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Mandatory: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, Mandarin and Japanese for business dealings
