We are seeking for experienced HNW distribution professionals to join a growing life insurance business in the Singapore market. As HNW Business Development Manager, you will be managing the financial advisory channel for the targeted segment, and be responsible for business development activities to drive growth and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Drive business development opportunities and activities with assigned distribution partners in financial advisory firms, international brokers. 
  • Add value. Provide market feedback and trends, including product features and benefits, competitor analysis.
  • Internally, you will manage relationships with operations team to facilitate excellent customer experience.
Key Requirements 
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience managing distribution partners in financial services (insurer, bank, broker)
  • Demonstrate strong relationships and cultivate new relationships with intermediaries 
  • Good familiarity with the IFA market 
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the HNW segment and life insurance products.
