The Company: -
A reputable Insurance Company is looking for a high calibre candidate to join their expanding team in Singapore. Due to the growth of the Company, they are now hiring for pragmatic, ambitious, and curious individual to join their HNW Distribution team.


Responsibilities: -
  • Responsible for Business Development with distribution partners to support the business’ HNW strategy.
  • Generate Business Development opportunities as well as Account management activities whilst providing market feedback and trends.
  • Enhance the business sales environment by promoting HNW services and products whilst making sure that they are at the forefront of the market.
  • Cultivate long term relationships with brokers and FA partners
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met


Requirements: -
  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with sold Insurance background experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing distribution partners with an Insurer, Bank or Broker
  • Familiar with the IFA market whilst having strong relationships with FA’s, Banks, and International Brokers
  • Excellent understanding of Life Products and trends with IFA channels and HNW markets
  • Independent, motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to enhance and deliver winning products and service propositions.
