The Company:
Our client, a reputable global insurance firm is seeking an experienced Head of HNW Product Development candidate to oversee all the HNW product lifecycle throughout the various entities of the business. This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and be based with the team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and steer the HNW Product strategy and roadmap to effectively deliver business plans
- Develop product innovation through workshops with stakeholders, partners, re insurers as well as other relevant entities.
- Drive product development projects and timeline management including collaboration with the marketing team to facilitate that product USP’S are articulated.
- Ensure that product designs comply with the business’ requirements & that product risks are promptly addressed and escalated
- Develop HNW Product development talents within the team as well as keeping abreast of quality market research.
Requirements:
- University degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience within the life insurance sector.
- Relevant years of experience in HNW product development and management
- Strong HNW Product development background & HNW Product landscape in Singapore
- Familiar with wide suite of HNW and PAR products (including Universal Life, IUL and VUL, PPLI etc)
- Powerful analytical and stakeholder management skills with strong communicative skills
- A minimum of at least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Candidates who are open in relocating to Singapore will be strongly considered.
