A Fintech Firm is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the team.
 
This is a role with a well-established Fintech firm at growth stage. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of FP&A will lead a team of 4-5 pax in the team and lead in stakeholder engagements. You will also oversee forecasting, budgeting and cost efficiency initiatives. The successful candidate will drive profitability strategy, work with stakeholders to ensure that business strategies are aligned to financial goals for the firm.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years experience in a FP&A role within financial services, with track record of driving profitability for the business. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite to be able to collaborate and influence key business stakeholders.
