An established financial institution is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Cards business in Singapore with a mandate to drive innovation, growth, and operational excellence across the full cards value chain. Work with a forward-thinking leadership team in a transformative phase to shape and scale a core banking business line.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the cards strategy, covering product development, portfolio management, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the cards business, including P&L accountability, pricing, partnerships, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in the consumer payments space, including digitalisation and ecosystem partnerships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, etc.) to ensure robust execution and governance.
  • Provide strategic leadership to a growing team and influence key stakeholders at senior levels.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Cards/Payments/Consumer Banking, with proven leadership in product or portfolio management.
  • Deep understanding of the cards business landscape in Singapore, including regulatory and market dynamics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
