An International Banking client is hiring for a Head of Card Operations to join them.
 
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be in a senior leadership role, managing a team of 5-6 pax within card operations. Your responsibilities include supervising loan programs, payment processing, card scheme settlements, merchant onboarding, and GL reconciliation. You will also lead in project work involving streamlining operations processes and making recommendations for improvements.
 
To succeed in this role, you should come with at least 5 years of relevant experience from a retail banking operations role, preferably with card operations experience. Strong communication skills, project management skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
