Our Client is a global shipping giant, seeking a global HRBP to partner the senior leadership team. Reporting to the HR Director, this position works closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Department on the people and organisational requirements of the business strategy, aligning HR initiatives and processes with business objectives and business needs.
You will:
Have a minimum of 10 to 15+ years’ experience in a HRBP or equivalent role, in a MNC or similar.
Possess strong business acumen to challenge strategy and effectively advise senior business leaders
Global or regional experience highly desired.
Be equipped with excellent change management skills, combined with the ability to apply project management principles to deliver and support organisational change.
Knowledge of country employment laws, regulations, procedures and HR issues.
