The Company: -
Leading Insurance Firm, strong global presence, is seeking a dynamic FP&A Assistant Manager to join their team in Hong Kong as a permanent headcount. This is a dynamic role to work with a collaborative team.


Responsibilities: -
  • Responsible for monthly management reporting, analysis and budgeting of expenses across various departments
  • Improve timelines and management reporting
  • Provide commercial analytics to support management decision processes
  • Support the maintenance of expense management related systems
  • Support and participate in the automation of preparation of management reports, budget and forecasting, expense allocations and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)


Requirements: -
  • University Graduate in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in expense management, controlling, FP&A in FI. Exposure in professional services will be considered
  • Experience in UAT, system implementation and management. Use of tools such as Microsoft PowerBI is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of English and Cantonese.
