Due to an internal move an opportunity has arisen for a passionate FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner, to join a key business unit finance team where you will pro-actively partner with a wide range of stakeholders, including Division Heads and Division COO’s, to provide insights and analysis to help them manage their cost base. 

In this challenging and highly visible role, you will build and maintain strong relationships across a number of business teams ensuring decision support and advice is provided to your stakeholder group.
  • Partner with Division Heads and Division COO’s to assist them in their financial management and planning;
  • Review and report financial results and provide meaningful insights into the divisional cost base;
  • Liaise with Operating Group FP&A teams and business leads to ensure their understanding of cost recoveries methodologies;
  • Drive the annual strategy & semi-annual forecasting cycles;

The successful candidate will be either studying towards (final stages) or have recently completed their CA/CPA and have between 2 - 4 years work experience.

Suitable experience will be considered from a number of key areas including: FP&A, Management Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, External Audit (Big 4 or 2nd tier firms) and Financial Control. In terms of industry background, Banking & Financial Services is ideal however experience gained working in a large corporate (non Fin Services) environment will also be highly regarded.
 
Strong communication skills and an ability to engage confidently with senior level stakeholders is a must have.  You will be driven, ambitious and ready for the challenge of joining an international business.
