A well-performing bank is seeking a Finance Change Manager to join them to create excellent business solutions for Group Finance. You will work to optimizing the use of Finance systems.

As part of Group Finance, you will work with the business to understand technology and operational needs of the function and identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvement in business requirements and design. You will be the bridge between Finance and Technology providing solutions to the business and ensure that needs are met. You will manage end to end project implementation and support post implementation issues.

The ideal candidate would come from a Finance background but have strong experience in Finance Change/Projects, including but not limited to Finance systems related work, end-user maintenance, requirements gathering, UAT testing and implementation of Finance IT systems, etc. You should come with at least 7-10 years’ experience in a Banking environment, and have strong Finance foundation in either Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting or Management Reporting/Performance Management domains.
