The Role:
 
My Client is a leading Corporate Firm and we are looking for an Enterprise Risk professional to join the team in Singapore. We are looking for Enterprise Risk candidates who are keen to grow their career in an international and long-standing institution and you will be given the exposure across the Enterprise Risk function with proven leaders in the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and spearhead new Enterprise Risk policies for the business
  • Conduct RCSA and Risk Assessments, and identify any gaps within the business
  • Implement and design new processes within the Risk team
  • Any other adhoc Risk duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Risk culture in the firm

 
You must:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in an Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk role
  • Strong understanding of Risk frameworks and tools – such as RCSA, KRIs, etc
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
