Be part of this impressive and forward thinking Financial Services group. Operating  at Executive Leadership team level with the mandate in leading the Technology Risk Line 2 function. As the Director Technology Risk & Resilience Lead you and your team will oversee APRA reporting (CPS 230), Business Continuity, Resilience, Crisis Management and Third-Party Risk.
  • Assisting in driving operational  and strategic change.
  • Oversight and monitoring of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • Providing 2nd line support for the business resilience function including to the crisis management team.
  • Developing improvements in 2nd line oversight of third-party risk frameworks.
  • Assessing and implementing APRA's CPS 230 Operational Risk Management (when finalised), in relation to operational resilience and service providers. 
  • Direct Management of a large team of staff members, providing guidance, coaching and support.
  • Stakeholder Management (internally & externally).
  • Attending applicable Executive and Sub-Committee meetings.
Relevant background:
  • A demonstrated understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Resilience, Crisis Management and Third Party Risk Management.
  • Regulatory APRA exposure essential with exp. in CPS 230 a distinct advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep technology risk expertise coupled with energy and passion for the risk profession.
  • Proven leadership skills of medium to large teams.
  • Proven experience in dealing effectively with senior management.
