  • Relevant experience in Fintech, New Economy 

Responsibilities:
  • Perform marketing / origination / client relationship management activities for regulated new economy client segment (Fintech), including money services businesses
  • Originate and on board new to bank clients in the respective client segments
  • Champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in positive top line impact to the bank in relation to this segment of customers
  • Manage and maintain KYC and respective Customer Due Diligence
  • Act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers
  • Own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients
  • Manage strategy, account acquisition, etc.
  • Foster strong working relationship and collaboration between internal stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in managing clients regulated under MAS’s Payment Services Act, with good institutional relationships
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Strong team player, with good relationship management, people engagement, written and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented; must have good understanding of payment and remittance businesses
