Be responsible for the strategic planning of the department’s needs targets and performance of the retail business through insights, analysis, and allocation optimization to deliver growth in the retail businesses.
Lead and develop the category strategy, assortment planning, sourcing, product design and development process for our retail stores.
Lead, plan and drive all promotional and business development activities to maximize revenue and profitability of all retail stores.
Analyze P & L, identify trends and develop merchandising strategies which appeal to the target customer segments in driving revenue growth.
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and possess at least 15 years of experience in the product development and retail fields. Prior experience working in luxury retail/ tourism industry will be advantageous.
Strategic in mindset with a high level of commercial awareness and be on top of the trends relating to market dynamics, customer base and competition.
Strong leadership capability in building high performing and collaborative teams, and fostering diverse and creative ideas on products and services.
