  • Candidates must have strong buyside / PE background, preferably in Healthcare / AI sectors 

Responsibilities would include:
  • Deal source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in Healthcare and AI sectors across Asia
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments
  • Formulate deal structures and negotiate legal documentation with investment targets
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memos 
  • Portfolio Management: Regularly manage the post-investment portfolio, providing value-add whenever possible
  • Build full 3-statement financial models with scenario and sensitivity analysis, Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment decision-making
  • Assist management with fundraising activities

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • At least 10-15 years of consistent experience in related fields with a proven track record 
  • Good understanding of the designated sector and experience in evaluating investment opportunities within those industries
  • Proficient in financial analysis and modelling, with the ability to build comprehensive 3-statement financial models
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise investment memos
  • Team-player and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good work ethic with ability to work effectively and under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
