You will be responsible for the demand planning activities locally and the Customer Service team and operations. You will manage all aspects of the customer service experience and drive improvements in service quality.
Successful candidates will have a relevant degree with proven track record in Demand Planning and managing a Customer Service team in a manufacturing MNC environment. You should also be adept at working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
