The Role:

My Client is a leading Commodity Trading firm we are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join the team in Singapore. Reporting to the CRO, you will be given the opportunity to work with global stakeholders and grow your career in a leading brand name within the Commodities industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and analysing new and existing counterparties and minimize Credit Risk across the business
  • Identify Credit Risks and recommend credit ratings, limits, credit structure and contractual terms to the senior leaders
  • Managing relationship with Front Office (originators & traders) and ensure commercial and credit risk interests are understood and reconciled;
  • Monitoring of trading exposures (individual and portfolio) on daily basis to ensure trading activity remains within approved limits;
 

You must:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • At least 3 years of Credit Risk experience
  • Candidates with experience in Commodities preferred
  • Strong understanding of Risk frameworks and tools
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
