The Role
 
My Client is a leading Commodities firm and we are looking for a Credit Analyst to join their team in Singapore. They are a leading brand in the Oil and Gas space and we are looking for Credit candidates who are keen to grow their career within the Trading space in Singapore.   


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Credit Risk review and analysis of Credit exposure
  • Ensure Compliance within the Credit policy and perform financial analysis to establish Credit limits.
  • Liaise with external vendors on LC terms and ensure that LCs are received in a timeline manner
  • Ensure that all Credit limits are in line and approved by the Committee
  • Produce daily Credit report and ensure favourable Credit status for the business.
 

Requirements:
 
You must:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 1 to 6 years of experience in a Credit / Trade Financing role
  • LC experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of Risk frameworks and tools
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
