The Role:

Our client is a listed Real Estate Company in Singapore and they are looking for a Corporate Secretary to join their team. This is a sole Company Secretary role and reports directly to the Head of Finance.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, coordination of board meetings, recording of minutes of meetings, and drafting board resolutions. Ensuring companies' compliance with the relevant statutory and corporate governance requirements for the company such as filing of annual returns with ACRA and resolutions.


Requirements:

  • Listed In-house experience as a Corporate Secretary
  • Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA/ICSA) would be advantageous
  • Knowledgeable in statutory requirements of the Company Act, SGX Listing Manual, Corporate Governance regulation and guidelines and commercial practices
  • Excellent communication skills
