Responsibilities include:
- Provide legal advice on commercial and corporate matters
- Manage the planning and execution of transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, fundraising through equity and/or debt and joint ventures
- Research and advise on relevant laws and regulatory requirements
- Draft, review and negotiate documents for the execution of deals and transactions and conduct due diligence
- Handle corporate secretarial matters and attend to clients’ corporate secretarial requirements
- Management of external lawyers and other professionals
- Bachelor's Degree in Law with 1-4 years PQE
- Transactional, regulatory and project management experience will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
