Responsibilities would include: 
  • Partnering clients to solve and address various complex problems and situations faced by clients
  • Develop and implement a wide range of management, financial, operational, technological and business solutions  
  • Establish rapport /interview clients and/or their customers and/or competitors and/or suppliers
  • Gather, analyse and interpret operational and financial data clinically
  • Solid technical/ financial analysis capabilities to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios to analyse the impacts of different capital structures related to different products, prepare financial models including sensitivity and scenario analyses
  • Conduct research, keep in the loop of market trends / clients/ targets/ market knowledge to gain in-depth knowledge on relevant industries and/or subject matters
  • Work with internal stakeholders to research, develop and implement appropriate strategies, solutions and recommendations for clients. Prepare and present findings.
  • Work closely with other external stakeholders/ lawyers to implement solutions including preparation of termsheets and corporate documents
 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Years of relevant experience: 3-6 across big 4, corporate finance, deal advisory / transaction advisory, corporate advisory
  • Experience across transaction advisory, restructuring, due diligence, valuations etc
  • Strong research, analytical and problem solving abilities;
  • Resourceful and ability to see big picture
  • Strong financial, analytical (including Microsoft Excel modelling) and credit skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Integrity, motivation, drive, commitment and a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong self-starter able to work independently and to multi-task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to contribute and deliver on complex transactions, deep passion in business and finance with a desire to help businesses.
