 Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion
  • Perform a lead M&A advisory role in executing cross-border transactions – with direct hands-on experience in structuring acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments and capital raising
  • Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals, market research, industry & company profiles
  • Execute live transactions for inbound and outbound investments for strategic/financial investors, provide advice to emerging companies seeking growth capital and shareholders seeking to realise value through financial restructuring and divestment
  • Produce and analyse financial models and a
  • ssessing commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts
  • Building and maintaining client relationships before, during and after engagements
 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in M&A / corporate finance / advisory firms / private equity/ Investment Banking
  • Good financial acumen, good understanding of financial statements, accounting, can do financial modelling and fundamental analysis
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers
  • A team player that is self-driven, self-starter, responsive, positive attitude, resourceful
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Strong capability to handle multiple projects
