The Role:
Our client is an FLA/JLV with an international law firm who is looking for an Associate to join their Corporate/M&A practice. This headcount will get the opportunity to work on a wide range of M&A deals, including domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a strong team of excellent lawyers.
 
Requirements:
  • LLB from a recognized University, with strong academic background.
  • Qualification in Singapore and/or other jurisdictions.
  • Up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/M&A.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
