Our Client is a well-established, high-performing investment firm with strong regional remits, seeking a seasoned Control Room AVP/VP. You will advise on the Firm’s internal policies, laws and regulations and execute daily Control Room operations. You will also track changes to global regulatory developments and update the Firm’s regulations, to ensure full compliance to prevailing guidelines.
You will:
- Have at least 8 to 10 years (10 to 15 for VP) of relevant working experience in a Control Room function or similar, with recent controls experience.
- Possess expert financial products knowledge, namely in Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Commodities and FX asset classes.
- Be familiar with global regulatory and enforcement requirements
- Familiarity with Chinese Wall Policy, Personal Investments Policy and applicable laws and regulations on insider trading and market abuse will be highly advantageous
- Be a strong communicator, able to work well with stakeholders across seniorities.
- Candidates with previous Control Room experience will also be considered thoroughly.
