Our client a respected ASX listed, blue chip company are looking to appoint a Company Secretary.

As an experienced governance professional, you will have a proven track-record as an Assistant Company Secretary position with an ASX listed organisation

This newly created position will see you delivering professional governance advice and support to a portfolio of entities and you will assist in the preparation of board and ASX required materials, management of legal and company secretarial materials, initiation of internal projects and input to strategic projects and other company secretarial related duties.

The key objective of the Company Secretary role is to ensure the relevant Boards, Board Committees and Co-owner Committees operate effectively and that complete and accurate records are maintained of meetings. Board members, Committee members and Co-owners rely on the Company Secretary to assist them in fulfilling their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' Assistant Company Secretary experience,  with ASX listed company experience and will be looking to progress to a Company Secretary position.
